Five gentle tips to get you started

  1. Talk to it like a friend. No special words or tech language needed. Type the way you'd talk.
  2. Start with something you already do. A birthday card message, a grocery list, a note to a friend.
  3. Ask it to slow down. "Explain that more simply" or "one step at a time, please" works beautifully.
  4. You can't break it, so ask again. Say "try again," "make it warmer," or "make it shorter." Every reply is just a first draft.
  5. Double-check what matters, and keep private things private. Check anything about health or money, and never type in passwords or bank numbers.

Simple enough to try with your morning coffee.

Every tip ends with a small "Try this today" idea, so you finish with something done, not just something read.

A note from Jacque

Hi, friend. I'm Jacque. I raised my kids, then raised my granddaughters, and I never once thought it was too late for me. I still had dreams to fulfill, friends to meet, and people to help.

But I've met so many women who gave up on their dreams because they believed they were too old, or that the moment had passed. This guide is for them, and for you.

Go at your own pace. I'm here every step of the way.

You're not behind, friend. You're right on time.
